   Deborah Bibby has always been an enthusiastic, self-motivated, outgoing, goal-oriented entrepreneur. “High morals, ethics and integrity are very important to me.” Deborah has been committed to the highest level of service to her clients since 1991 when she started in the entertainment business. In 1991 Deborah started Bibs Talent in Las Vegas, Nevada, a full service company that can provide total event, meeting and destination management and a talent agency that provides world-class entertainment. Deborah is passionate about her business and dedicated to her clients.

Professional Experience

For 20 years Bibs Talent has specialized in bookings/sales of local, regional and national acts and artists for major casinos, concerts, private company parties, VIP parties and venues in Las Vegas, Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico and across America. Combined with her associate partners Bibs Talent has over 50 years of professional talent buying experience. Two sales associates bring over 60 years of live performance experience along with earning many gold records. Collectively Bibs Talent brings to the table an enormous amount of experience and knowledge. It is a unique partnership that we are very proud of at Bibs Talent, which you do not see happen in the entertainment industry or Las Vegas everyday.

Bibs Talent has 20 years of experience and over 50 years combined experience with our associate partners, researching, networking, maintaining contacts and knowledge as a talent agency and buyer. Over these years we have developed a fine tuned skill set to understand the relationships between the talent, talent agency, talent management and who is who in the industry. 

Time is spent to uncover the true management of an artist to keep unnecessary levels out of the purchasing process to maximize the artist value to the casino, venue or event.

One of our best strategies uses routing as a way to get artists at the best price for your casino or event. Our base in Las Vegas, Nevada allows Bibs Talent to keep up with the trends and active touring artists. We partner with casinos in Las Vegas to route groups from Las Vegas to Laughlin, Nevada, New Mexico and other casinos across the country, to get the best pricing and value for our customers. This routing price power is always considered to get the best pricing for touring acts.

Other tools available to Bibs Talent are publications (ie: PollStar) that list all the statistics of the artists (what cities they toured, the venue, ticket sales, average prices, etc.). Also, building a relationship with the artist management agencies to find out specific statistics of their current artists that are touring during the season.

My ability to negotiate and keep a hard line cost in the best interest of my client is my specialty. I am never shy to send an offer, ask for agency commission concessions and any other way to get the best talent for the best price for my customers.

I am also very careful not to over buy for my client that may not be able to justify the cost benefit. Bibs Talent constantly discusses the objectives, targets, results wanted and potential benefits of all my clients to focus on what is in the best interest of the casino to create the desired results.

Bibs Talent wants to always give options and flexibility to their casinos and buyers because each client has different needs.
